Each department has a folder on the S: drive that can be accessed by all full-time faculty members in that department. You will be able to see the folders of other departments but cannot access their contents. This folder is useful for sharing documents and other files to which more than one person needs access. As with your personal folder, you should be able to access this folder when you log on to any A & S computer, including those in the multimedia classrooms.
