Absolutely! This is an excellent way to provide a backup number for DUO, in the event that your primary device is not available.
In order to add a device, you will need to access your DUO settings. If you have “Remember me for 30 days” enabled, you will need to access DUO from a different browser than what you normally use.
Go to www.DUO.ua.edu and log in using your myBama credentials. When the DUO Opt-In page appears, click on Settings and Add a New Device.
You can then follow the prompts to set up your back-up method of contact. Please note that you will need your current device to update these settings, since DUO will want to verify that you are a legitimate user before it allows any changes.
