Dell desktops do not come with built-in cameras and microphones. However, there are still ways to use Zoom with these computers. You can purchase a webcam to use with the desktop. Most webcams have USB connections and require no expertise to install. Individuals who do not need to show themselves on the screen or who would like to share their computer screens with their attendees can connect their desktops to Zoom and use their phones to listen and participate in the call. Please note that you can connect to a Zoom session with multiple devices, so in situations where individuals need to show themselves on screen, they can use a smart phone or mobile device either by itself or in conjunction with their desktops.
