Handling Confrontational Customers

Customer service is one of the most demanding jobs on the planet. You have to be respectful, professional, and helpful, no matter what the situation or who you’re dealing with. You’ll discover how to use your voice and word choice to control and calm the situation. Staying Focused and Productive in a Continually Connected World

Technology has blurred the lines between our work and private lives. It’s become common to get and answer email from clients or vendors while you’re away from the office. It’s also common to get texts and tweets from friends during the workday. If we choose to, we can be connected to both worlds 24/7. But 24-hour connectivity comes with a price — an inability to completely focus on either aspect of our lives.

For many people, being connected is the default. It’s just part of them — a habit. But is there a need to consciously disconnect? Are life balance issues suffering? Is all this connectivity healthy for us? And if we decide to, how can we break those habits and set digital boundaries?

“Staying Focused and Productive in a Continually Connected World” has all these answers — and more. This insightful one-hour webinar helps you consider how you use technology — and gives you suggestions for making choices to reclaim your focus and help find balance.1 STAR hour.
