As part of the College of Arts and Sciences Academic Continuity Plan, the College provides state-funded eligible faculty, renewable FTTI, and staff of the College with iPads. eTech maintains and supports these iPads for our A&S faculty and staff. iPads are issued only to faculty and staff who did not receive laptop computers from the College.
If you have received an iPad and would like to know more about using it as a communications tool or incorporating it into your teaching or research, you can attend an eTech iPad Workshop or consult the Teaching Hub website.

Apple ID and Password
To reset your password or recover an Apple ID, visit iforgot.apple.com and follow the steps. If you need further assistance, contact A&S iPad Support.
Broken, Lost, or Stolen iPad
- If your iPad isn’t functioning properly (won’t charge, apps not performing, etc.), contact A&S iPad Support.
- If your iPad is damaged or broken, please email Alma Fuller, firstname.lastname@example.org, to check your device’s warranty.
- If your iPad has been stolen, contact UAPD and/or local authorities, then immediately contact the eTech office.
- If you’ve misplaced your iPad, please contact the eTech office.
