DUO has a feature that will let it remember us for 30 days. However, there are a few things to keep in mind when taking advantage of this feature:
- DUO remembers us through the use of cookies. If you regularly delete your browser history, use a shared computer, or do not allow cookies on your browser, then those settings will deactivate the “remember me” feature.
- DUO can only install cookies on whatever browser you are using at the time. If you log in from another device or use a different browser, you will need to ask it to remember you on each one.
- If the “remember me” box is not selectable, your DUO was set up to automatically send pushes to you. To turn off auto-push, you will need to follow the directions at https://oit.ua.edu/service/duo-turn-off-autopush/.
